HOW TO BOOK
We accept online reservations if you visit our travel page. The procedure asks you to click two boxes and a button, the first one accepts the conditions. The first box means that you accept the Terms & Conditions Conditions, the second is that you proceed with the reservation. You must click on the button I accept general conditions and click on the Book button about the program, traveler base and rate on that basis for the departure date on which you want to travel. Booking online is easy and allows us to confirm your reservation quickly. We also accept reservations through travel agents and by email once the Terms & Conditions Conditions have been accepted.
Please note that online booking is possible for our full-day and half-day excursions and for fixed-date small-group tours and self-guided tours. If you want to book a private or tailor-made trip, we need to develop the trip with you; Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or complete our custom inquiry form.
Before booking, it is important that you read the relevant travel dossier and our Terms & Conditions Conditions. This information will ensure that you choose the most appropriate experience or trip. In the case of a tailor-made trip, we recommend that you carefully review the personalized itinerary provided to you. If you have questions about your suitability for a trip, please contact one of our travel specialists.
Note: On some private or personalized trips, our cancellation policy may vary to reflect non-refundable payments made by Wilderness Patagonia to accommodation or other providers.
To book online, simply select the “Book Now” tab on the appropriate travel page on our website www.wildernesspatagonia.com. Then you will be asked to complete the online reservation form and proceed to payment. All payments made are completely secure and processed using 128-bit SSL encrypted technology.

Wilderness Patagonia is inclusive and all our office team, guides and guests should treat each other with respect. We do not tolerate comments or behaviour from the public or within the group that are racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, ageist, fatphobic or ‘othering’ and stereotype or generalise groups of people or individuals. We do not tolerate harassment, victimisation, discrimination or bullying.
