Passengers will be picked up at their lodging in direction to a transition area in Cerro Otto where binoculars and field guides will be provided to make the experience fully enjoyable.
We trek through the woods to find different birds species like Rayadito (Aphrastura spinicauda), Comesebo Patagónico (Phrygilus patagonicus), Chucao (Scelorchilus rubecula), Chimango (Phalcoboenus chimango), Carpintero Pitío (Colaptes pitius), Diucón (Xolmis pyrope), Chingolo (Zonotrichia capensis), among others. We stop for a short while to rest and share an energizing snack. Towards the end of our tour we must watch out for the possibility to find an Andean Condor (Vultur gryphus) in full flight.
We head back over the same trail enjoying every step of the way in search for new bird species till we get to the transfer that will drive you, birdwatchers, back to your lodging.
